At Rocco we currently carry a variety of fasteners from TimberTech® including FUSIONLoc, EDGELoc, CONCEALoc, Cortex, SIDELoc, and TOPLoc.
FUSIONLoc is engineered for strength and collated for speed. Every clip provides 3 points of board-to-joist connections. It has a stronger hold for tighter butt joints and miters. Its collated clips can be used for both installation options: collated screws for pneumatic installation and simple, one-step installation.
The CONCEALoc hidden fastener has 305 stainless steel clips for long-term performance and comes in a matte brown finish for hidden appearance between boards.
The new EDGELoc hidden fastener is designed exclusively for TimberTech® EDGE™ grooved capped composite deck boards. EDGEloc hidden fasteners are easy-to-use, consist of glass-filled nylon clips, provide a consistent 7/32” gap, and the 90-degree screw drive angle makes board removal easy!
Cortex hidden fasteners can be used on the entire deck surface, including stairs and perimeters, where other hidden fasteners cannot. Cortex is the strongest hidden fastener connection offered by TimberTech®. Cortex comes with loose or collated plugs. The collated plugs have pre-aligned grain patterns that provides 50% faster installation.
SIDELoc hidden fasteners have a sharp point for a fast, easy start that does not require pre-drilling. They are stainless steel to resist screw shear and are compatible with TimberTech’s AZEK Series PVC decking in narrow, standard, and wide widths.
Lastly, the TOPLoc fasteners are color-matched fasteners suitable for any TimberTech® or AZEK® deck! TOPLoc fasteners come in a variety of colors to match your decking needs.
